A business owner must prepare to answer questions from senior instructors when other instructors are added to the business.
On April 14, 2017, Ms. Kelly Wright, owner and president of Cross Current Divers (CCD), in London, Ontario, received a complaint from one of her senior instructors. The instructor was concerned about how Ms. Wright’s decision to employ four new instructors would affect the teaching hours of more senior instructors. Ms. Wright wondered what/if any changes were required to her operation model, and how to respond to the senior instructor.
